Q: What are your payment methods?

A: Health Support accepts VISA, Mastercard and PayPal and direct bank deposits on this website in secure encrypted mode that can be deciphered only by the bank's computer. (A locked padlock icon will appear in the NW corner of your screen.) We also offer secure EFTPOS for payment of telephoned orders.


Q: What name will appear on my bank statement?

A: This will appear as "Health Support Pty Ltd" or "PayPal". In the case of phone orders, the EFTPOS provider is "Secure Sockets Pty Ltd".


Q: Why can't I log into my online account?

A: Try resetting your password. If you are still unsuccessful, contact [email protected] and we will respond with directions to reset your account.


Q: How soon will I receive my order?

A: We offer next business-day delivery to major centres (see below) via Star Trak Express and Australia Post. Orders should be lodged by early afternoon for express delivery. Delivery to rural and outback locations generally takes 2-4 days. In many cases express delivery works out cheaper and easier than ordinary mail. (We do not charge you for packing and handling.)


Q: Why does Health Support offer free freight on Health Research products?

A: The high cost of freight might otherwise discourage you from ordering regularly. We wear the freight on Percy's Powder, rhomangatablets, BetaBoost and Barley Leaf Powder when you order from Health Support so that you won't go even a week without these powerful mineral supplements and superfoods that do so much to keep you feeling fit and healthy. If you add other products it will still be freight-free. The other way for us to waive freight is when your order totals $100 or more.


Q: How do you calculate freight?

Q: What about international freight?

A: Freight for international orders is calculated tax-free at checkout in Australian dollars. It is based on weight and dimensions, with courier delivery and insurance costing extra. We will confirm the total cost by email upon receiving your instructions. Tracking numbers are available for orders sent by Express Post International. Insurance is recommended because Health Support Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility for loss, damage, or delays in transit caused by factors beyond its control.


Q: What is your returns policy?

A: Items in our catalog have been chosen because they meet the highest quality standards among nutritious foods and healthy supplements, and have been checked before despatch to be free of packaging defects. Therefore our policy is not to give refunds unless there has been demonstrable error or negligence on our part, or on the part of the manufacturer.
